Please Note: Music in the Air will include this information in an artist database that is made available to other presenters and to the public. Artists who belong to more than one group should fill out a separate form for each group. If you not only perform in an all-ages or adult program, but also have a show specifically for children, please fill out separate forms for each.

 

 



Music in the Air books primarily Latin American, Jazz and World music. We do accept additional genres from local artists.

Submissions for Festival Latino, Jazz & Rib Fest, and the Rhythm on the River series are accepted year-round. Submissions for Short North Sunday Jazz and The Motorists Insurance Group Topiary Garden Concerts are accepted from November through February.

All booking is completed by the beginning of March.

After receiving your information, it will be filed along with other submissions. Due to the number of submissions received, we are unable to speak with each artist. If we would like to speak with you about a performance opportunity, you will be contacted.
